Oh the joy of fall........

Today was so nice out!!! It was like summer.....but not warm. We took the kids to a pumpkin patch and took a hayride and everyone picked out their own pumpkin to carve. They loved it!! Nathaniel had no idea that we got him a Buzz lightyear costume so tonight we finally showed him. He was so excited!! Of course he had to try it on and Sammy tried on his Woody costume. They were so cute!! Here are a few photos and tons more will be added as soon as I make an October folder. I'm a little behind.....

I think everyones colds are finally gone. Sophie is still stuffy but everyone seems better! We went to the aquarium on Saturday and the boys loved it! I'll have to post pictures.......it turned out to be a nice day! Anyways, heres the Sophie photos! I'm still amazed by how much she looks like Nathaniel!

Sophie updates....

I'm slacking on this blog thing again I know. Sophie was down to 7 pounds 4 ounces at her 4 dat dr appointment and at her 10 day back up to 7 pounds 11 ounces. Not quite birth weight but we're getting there! So far she is the easiest baby ever! She rarely cries, sleeps all day, and really spit up for the first time today! All 3 kids have a cold as do I so it's been fun! Poor Sophie hates having her nose sucked out! Hopefully it will pass soon!

Nathaniel started gymnastics 2 weeks ago and so far he loves it!! There is only one other kid in the class.

hmmmm I guess that's all.

Baby Sophie is here!

After the first real contraction came at about 9am this morning, we decided to head right in. Esteban is slow so "right in" meant we got here around 10:15. I was dialated to 6cm and decided to go for no epidural again. She was born 40 minutes later at 10:54am weighing 7 pounds 14 ounces and 18.5 inches long! By far the biggest baby! She has big chubby cheeks, about an inch of think dark hair, a hairy back and hairy ears! haha She's our monkey. She looks exactly like her daddy and is already eating like a champ! We'll be here at the hospital until tomorrow and then we'll get more photos up but here are a few to start!

Another dr appointment!

so they agreed to swith my induction to Monday instead of tomorrow. lol I didn't argue because I don't think I'll make it until then. I'm 3cm dialated and 75% effaced and with both boys I didn't do any of that until right before I had them so I think it's good! I've been having contractions all afternoon but they are just barely painful so we'll see. I don't know what I'll do if I continue to have non painful ones since the dr said that obviously they were doing something even though they didn't hurt. Of course the hospital exit is closed after 9pm too! lol

If I do make it, I go in for another NST on Friday and then find a way to get out of Mondays induction!

dr update and the last belly shots

So my Dr's assistant (ass would be a good abbreviation ) called me yesterday to switch my appointment to today and put me down for an induction on Thursday. I don't want an induction, I'm not going. They can kiss my butt. They have no reason to induce other than they don't like to let people go past 41 weeks. Dumb. So we'll see how the appointment goes today!

And the belly photos....41 weeks and huge! Word to the wise- don't pierce your belly button if you plan on having kids! It creates a strange bunny stretch mark! haha
