The dr today.....

So we went to the high risk OB today for the ultrasound and he said he doesn't see anything wrong with the baby and no reason to induce. Yay! He said the most logical explanation for her measuring small is that her parents are small....really, you think?!?!.........and the fact that she's measuring bigger than the boys were is good too. So it seems that my dr was being over catious and we can wait for her to come out on her own! I'm so happy I didn't have to be induced and I hope she comes out soon on her own! They had a 3d maching there so we got to see her face.....she looks pretty cute! Really did you expect any less??

More DR updates

I had my regular check up today and still no change. No dialation or anything. The NST went well after they woke the baby up and my dr is having me go in for another ultrasound tomorrow to a different place that I guess could be more accurate to see what measurement they get. If she's still measuring too small....I think 10th % or under.....then they might induce. The dr said she would have to be out by my due date....which is tomorrow so I don't know if they'll just keep me or what. I've been having sharp pains on the top of my stomach which I found out during the NST are contractions.....I just didn't feel any tightening with them. I guess I'll know more tomorrow....although that's what I think every time!

My new toy!!

I have the best husband ever....look what he got me!!!! A pink Dyson! Vacuuming is fun now!And my new sling came in the mail while he was putting it together! That's why I'm wearing it.:)

Baby Updates!

I forgot to post this last week so here's that one-
So that took forever! I was there for over 2 hours!! i had my US. The baby is only measuring 34 6/7 weeks so she seems to not be growing in the last month? Her legs are short which they said is only a sign of downs if they were short at the 18 week and they weren't. Luckily she isn't below 10th % or they would have to induce to get her out next week. I asked if her being small is a sign of anything or if it's normal since my other 2 are small too. She said I could have small vessels but being small puts her at a greater risk for health problems or dying.....she has a great way with words doesn't she? lol She's measuring at 6lbs 11oz which is bigger than either boy was so I'm not worried but who knows. Then she said "lets see if she's coming out on her own or if we have to force her" then checked me.....and man was it brutal!!! I'm pretty sure she was trying to put me into labor with that check!! She said she doesn't look like she's coming out soon so I'm guessing there was no dialation or anything. Then she decided to send me for a nst which i guess was fine. lol I don't ask questions as often as I should.... I have to go back for a nst once a week until i have her but on different days than my dr so they can monitor the baby twice a week. I just hope she doesn't try to induce! So really I know nothing more than I did other than I have another small baby! lol

And the update from Mondays apt-
I went in for another nstand I was there for about an hour. The baby wouldn't calm down and her heart kept racing and then going down so I had to stay hooked up until she calmed down enough to get a good read. The fluid levels are at 13.8 which is ok since normal is between 10 and 20. I have my regular Dr apt on Thursday and then I go back for another nst so we'll see what they say then!

We finally have a name!

Sophie Isabella! Ok so we decided a few weeks ago but we change our minds so much I thought I'd wait and see if it lasted before I put it in writing! Clearly I didn't win the name fight but I'm happy with the outcome and I think it will fit her perfectly! I already have her announcements done.....with a fake photo and fake info so now I just need the real baby to replace it with and we're good to go! And now I need to find peoples addresses. I still haven't sent out Christmas cards....maybe I'll include those. I feel huge and while I want her to come now, I really want her to wait a couple more weeks so I don't have to go back to work before Christmas!

Nathaniel is currently obsessed with Toy Story and is set on being Buzz Lightyear for Halloween. We have to go get his costume next week. He would watch the movies non stop if we let him!

Sammy is still a pig as usual and still has a crazy personality. He's into banging his head on everything just for fun and taking our hand and making us hit his forehead....strange child. He likes walking into walls too.

I've had a cold for over a week now and I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions for about a month now pretty much whenever I move. It's getting annoying and it makes it hard to move much at work so I've become lazy. I'm not taking pictures much anymore but I have a few customers that I'm still taking pictures for. Other than that, nothing is new!
