Trying to get this baby out....

Last night I decided I needed to clean but rearranging seemed to be fun too. So Esteban helped me rearrange....and amazingly we LIKE the setup now! This stupid living room is so wierd, no set up looks good! But we really like it and I think it's set for a long time! Then I stayed up until 1am cleaning....hoping that all that moving and bending would do something......nope nothing.

So, I met with Ana and Chelsea today around 11 to have lunch and walk around the mall. I was hoping to get this baby moving!!! He doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. I might have had a couple of tiny contractions but nothing to get excited about! I did get Samuel a cute outfit from Gap that I had seen online a month ago and the store finally got it in! Oh and some sandals at gymboree for 49 cents! It was soooo nice to get out of the house for awhile! I can't wait until we have 2 cars! Nathaniel had fun playing with the kids too. Taking the bus wasn't too bad....although I wouldn't say I liked it! Nathaniel was terrified to get on the bus and wouldn't let go of me the whole time but as soon as we got off he was all smiles and for the next half hour he was saying bus fun. So I guess he liked it. :) I think that's all.....hopefully my next post will be me in labor....hopefully tonight!:)

9 more days......

Well, I was hoping that Samuel would come a little early but he seems quite content with never coming out! I had my weekly appointment yesterday. Another pointless boring visit. I can't stand the nurse there!! She always asks me if I WANT an exam. First of all, who ever really WANTS an exam? I always tell her that I don't need one for my peace of mind but if the midwife feels it should be done then fine, I don't care. She just won't accept that! She just kept saying either you do or you don't. She should know not to piss off a 9 month pregnant lady!!! haha. I wanted to punch her. Aren't they the medical people for a reason? I mean, if they really want to go off of what I want, I don't want to drive out there every week for them to tell me nothing has changed! I figure if they can tell me I need to go in every week then they can decide when I need an exam. Stupid lady puts me in a bad mood every Wednesday! Thank goodness I'm almost done!

Jay Leno

Strange I know, but Nathaniel LOVES Jay Leno....especially headlines *video will be on the family website soon* Last night Jay Leno came on as we were going to bed.....he was not to happy when I brought him to bed and turned it off. I was hopeful but we ended up back downstairs while he half asleep laughed at Leno and meowed back at the cat. Unfortunantly all good things come to an end. Leno ended and Conan came on. Poor Nathaniel started crying saying Jay Leno over and over. I tried to tell him that Conan was Lenos friend but he only wanted Leno. Finally he fell asleep and I took him to bed and now I know......don't let him see Leno start unless I was to stay up for the whole show! It's a strange obsession but I guess it's better than Telletubbies. haha. Although we did watch his Elmo dvd 6 times in a row yesterday. On another thought, I think he's feeling better. He's slept great the last 2 nights! I haven't but at least I can lay awake by myself and not have a crying baby kicking me....for 2 more weeks at least!

Easter pictures

Oh I guess I forgot about Easter. We went to an egg hunt in Lynnwood on Saturday...and Nathaniel actually got it! He was grabbing the eggs....I thought for sure he'd be too shy! He was very selective though. He'd grab one and then see one he liked better and put the first one down to get the new one. haha, dork. Then on Sunday morning he had a hunt for all his new toys in the living room and then we went to the Island and had a hunt at the country club before we had brunch with the fam. It started pouring about 10 seconds into the hunt but it was a tiny hunt on the putting green so he was done anyways!:) His favorite easter goodies are his Elmo dvd and his bunny mr potato head which he pushes around in his stroller every day.

Haven't updated in awhile

I've been so neglectful of this...oops. I'll try harder I promise! I had my weekly drs appointment yesterday. Samuel sounded good....still head down and still hasn't dropped. I don't think he understands that it's time to come out! haha. I actually lost a pound and every week they tell me I'm all baby. I like hearing that considering I've gained twice as much as I did with Nathaniel! I'm still determined to make it to the end without having to wear maternity clothes! Nathaniel is a talking fool lately! Right now he's watching his new Elmo dvd repeating everything!

In an attempt to get this baby moving and not go crazy staying inside all day, we decided to walk to Taco Bell today. It wasn't too far...we were gone for almost 2 hours. Every time they would call someones #, Nathaniel would yell it back to them. And the whole walk he was barking back at the neighborhood dogs and saying hi to all the cars.:) He's a crazy one! He ate a bunch of fiesta potatos and kept yelling more tatos please! Right now he is devouring a second cup of diced peaches.

He's been sick with a cold for 2 days now. Thank goodness he's still in a great mood and loves taking medicine! He also really likes the vick baby rub. He comes up to me and pulls his shirt down and says all better. So cute.

I think that's a good update for now...I'll try to update every week from now on...haha yeah right.
